"The NV Fino Cuatro Palmas 2015 is one selection from one barrel containing wine averaging 50 years of age, and despite its name, it's a textbook Amontillado - as it's not possible to have a Fino of that age, as the flor can hardly live beyond ten years. This is always among the best in its class, with telltale aromas of Amontillado, varnished woods, hazelnuts and sea weed. It has an elegant combination of acidity and salty flavors, with a volatile and spirity touch that lifts the finish up, leaving a salty taste on your lips. It's wild and sharp as these old amontillados should be. In any case, it's a superb bottle of Sherry. 500 half-liter bottles".
