This estate turned out an outstanding 2016 Old Vine Garnacha, which is 100% varietal brought up all in tank. Classic notes of darker cherries, currants, tobacco, and cedary herbs all flow to a medium-bodied Garnacha that has plenty of fruit and spice, a rounded, layered texture, and tons of charm. It’s a terrific value and should keep nicely for 2-4 years.
