Aciano 2017

I was surprised by the mild notes of cider and volatility of the 2017 Aciano, and I couldn't make up my mind whether it crossed the red line or stayed on the right side, because it was really borderline. It made me think of a lot of things, mostly "natural" wines from Jura, but not really Toro. If you feel like you'd like to take a walk on the wild side, this can be it... but it's not a wine for everybody. 5,500 bottles were filled in January 2019.
