" Complex and original nose of citrus pith, nutty almond notes, olives, tea leaf, pork fat and dried orchard fruit. Great texture and touch of honey on a palate delivering everything on nose and more."

The NV Dry Sack Solera Especial 15 Años has noticeable sweetness and a PX character, 20.5% alcohol and around 100 grams of sugar. It's a blend of Oloroso with sweet PX with notes of incense, wax and old furniture intermingled with notes of dates, raisins and molasses. It has a certain lightness in the palate.
