Description

Le rosé Devaux est remarquablement fruité et floral. Le pourcentage élevé de Pinot noir (80%) de son assemblage lui confère un profil tout à fait gastronomique. En bouche, il procure une explosion d’allégresse, grâce à un équilibre très agréable, qui vous laisse dès la première gorgée une sensation de fleurs printanières. Il peut parfaitement accompagner un repas du début à la fin. Si nous devions faire une comparaison musicale, ce serait le boléro de Ravel.

Decanter:

Restrained red berry fruit bouquet. Palate is more expressive with crushed raspberry, dried fruit, verbena and quince. Rich and complex. Lovely!
