Still showing a little reduction when I tasted it, although it is a young wine, this is a modern, well-structured assemblage of Tempranillo and 10% Mazuelo, matured in French and 40% American oak. Mint and coffee bean aromas are a portal to a palate of chocolate, plum and blueberry fruit and layered, age-worthy tannins. 2024-27

James Suckling:

Spiced fresh blackberries, blueberries, chocolate and pine cones. Excellent tension, with an array of blue and black fruit on a firm, fresh palate. Medium- to full-bodied with an extensive, linear finish. Drink or hold.
