The Wine Advocate:

Like with the 2022 last year, I loved the great varietal purity of the 2023 Garnacha Blanca, which is from a year when the ripeness was good but the grapes kept more acidity. It does have very focused and clean, textbook varietal aromas of waxy apples, with contained ripeness, less alcohol (13%) and superb freshness, denoted by a pH of 3.16 and no less than 7.2 grams of acidity. This is stunning. It comes from vines planted in 2016 at 546 meters above sea level and was fermented and matured in 500-liter oak barrels for 10 months but with perfectly integrated oak. It's approachable but should improve and last well in bottle. 2,808 bottles were filled in August 2024. (Luis Guitérrez)

Tim Atkin:

Garnacha Blanca is a grape that Víctor Ausejo has almost made his own, such is the quality of his varietal bottlings. This one comes from a young parcel at 546 metres in Clavijo and is typically dense, focused and well balanced. Fermented in 40% new 500l-litre French and Hungarian oak, it has flavoours of citrus and yellow apple, creamy lees, subtle wood spices and a chiselled finish. 2026-32.
