The St. Pauls 2020 Alto Adige Pinot Nero is fresh and direct with forest berry, wild cherry and blue flowers. There are hints of sweet apricot and blood orange with delicate hints of licorice and smoke. This is a silky, lean-bodied expression, revealing a bright and vibrant personality that is especially evident in this youthful release of some 13,000 bottles. This would go well with an antipasto of charcuterie, olives, marinated artichokes and fresh pecorino.

Flojito, un poco pobre, aunque sin grandes fallos. La pinot noir es un valor seguro, pero aquí se me queda cortita con sifón.
