La Casa de Lúcolo has produced a fabulously fresh and fruity natural wine (no added sulphites) from their organic vineyards, all harvested by hand. It is light and bright, with a Pinot Noir-like character, with loads of wild strawberries and tomato vine. Tannins are ripe with just the right amount of grip, and there’s a touch of spice on the finish. 2024-25
