It’s dry, crisp and mineral, with a medium body, fine bubbles and linear, refreshing finish. 100% chardonnay. Base wine from 2019 with 26% reserve wines. Disgorged January 2023. 3g/L dosage. Drink now.

Este proyecto comienza su andadura en el acogedor pueblo de Bethon con un fuerte espíritu familiar, que tiene su reflejo desde 1963 en una cuidada gama de espumosos.
Como Matteo, opino que es un regalo por el precio. Algo corto de burbuja. Fruta y frescor. Estupendo con una fideuà.
