The Wine Advocate:

I found restraint and seriousness in the 2022 Cuarenta Vendimias Cuveé beyond the character of the dry and warm year. It wants to showcase the character of some plots in the villages of La Seca and Serrada. It's classical with varietal notes of white flowers, apples and fennel, faintly balsamic from the contact with the oak. It was fermented by plot in small stainless steel vats, troncoconic oak vats and 500-liter barrels and was kept with the lees for eight months with daily bâtonnage for five months. It has contained ripeness, 12.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.26 and 6.48 grams of acidity. 6,947 bottles were filled in November 2023
