Finca Montico 2023

A nice contrast to Marqués de Riscal’s other Gran Vino, Limousin, this is very pretty on the nose with aromas of lime and elderflower that sit alongside pineapple and subtle tropical notes. The wine was aged on lees for around six months, partly in stainless steel and the rest in foudres, resulting in a creamy texture and generous mouthfeel. Despite the opulent style, it is driven by marked acidity making for a fine wine with long life ahead. 2025-33
