I also tasted the 2015 Dominus again to compare with the now-bottled 2016, the year of the big change when they started to work with Jean-Claude Berrouet. They are going to use the name Dominus for all wines fermented in barrel. In this 2015, they used the grapes destined for Vivaltus in the new winery, but Berrouet only intervened in the blend. This is 15% alcohol and has moderate acidity and plenty of oak. 19,120 bottles were filled in June 2017.
