James Suckling:
An orange wine that is very orangey in color and on the nose. Some honeysuckle, dried apricot, gingerbread and cinnamon, too. Bone-dry, juicy and angular on the palate, with a very firm backbone of tannins. Chewy and compact, but fluid in the middle. From organically grown grapes. Drink now or hold.
Un vino diferente. La maceración se nota. Te resulta “extraño” al principio, mas luego todo cambia y resulta encantador. Un descubrimiento.
