Mauro VS 2022

The 2022 VS, a selection from their vineyards in Traspinedo and Tudela de Duero, has the added depth, definition and complexity it usually has in comparison with the regular Mauro. In the warm and dry 2022 vintage, they still managed to keep the elegance and balance through good freshness (pH is 3.5) while it does not lack ripeness and shows the character of the place and the year. The grapes are moved without pumps and fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, and the wine matured in French oak barrels for 24 months. 50,000 bottles produced.
