Decanter:
Translucent bright ruby in the glass, this opens with a shock of fresh cranberry juiciness, with just a touch of aniseed and then expanding to raspberry, cherry and warm earthiness. Very fresh and bright, a superb food wine (I'm thinking especially of dried sausages and ham), with a gentle, moreish astringency on the finish. Organic.

Una decepción. Nada especial. Sobrevalorado
Con una acidez chispeante que lo hace muy fresco. Diferente, poco común. A ver qué me parece cuando no sea novedad.
Interesante y diferente. Color capa baja, fruta roja ácida y boca ligera, muy fresca y crujiente. Me gustó.
Sorprendente, nada habitual. Original, diferente. Atractivo.
