Tim Atkin:

Part of a bewilderingly large range from Alberto Nanclares and Silvia Prieto, Dandelion uses grapes from 13 different plots in Cambados, Meaño and Meis. Pithy, sappy and direct, it has some subtle struck match reduction, chiselled acidity, lemon and lime juice flavours and a bone-dry finish. 2024-29

James Suckling:

A lovely albarino with aromas of sea breeze, brine, oyster shells and grapefruit zest. The palate is crisp with a fresh saline profile and a fresh, clean finish. The grapes are from 13 parcels in the Salnes area (Ribadumia, Meano and Cambados). Fermented and aged in vats on the lees for seven months. Does not undergo malolactic fermentation. Drink now.

The Wine Advocate:

The 2023 Dandelión was produced with purchased grapes from growers inland in the Salnés Valley, so it's more soil- than sea-driven. The 2023s have similar parameters, and this one has 12.8% alcohol, a pH of 3.39 and 7.1 grams of acidity, denoting balance and freshness. It has a medium-bodied palate with a tender texture and mouthfeel. 24,073 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2024.
