Briar and iodine notes reminiscent of kelp and mussel shells. Ashtray, stemmy dark cherries and waxberries on the nose. Quite bright on the palate, with tart berries. Long, pristine, delicious, smooth and succulent finish full of tart fruit. This can be an acquired taste thanks to its piercingly sharp acidity and tartness, but the drinkable quality is intrinsic. I’d keep drinking this. Enjoy now, if you like acidity.
