Robustiano Fariña sources this ocean-influenced Albariño from a 0.5-hectare parcel in Dena. Aged for three years in a combination of stainless steel, granite tank and then bottle, it's an intensely structured, grippy Albariño with lovely freshness, flavours of white pepper, nettles and citrus peel and a stony, mouth-watering finish. 2023-27

Notes of almond and lemon curd with touches of yellow apple and flowers. The palate has a creamy texture.
