The 2021 Entrecuestas comes from a vineyard that was originally planted with Syrah that was regrafted to Godello on clay and boulder soils. This is the top-of-the-range white, but it's still quite affordable. It shows Bierzo and varietal typicity, with an expressive nose. It matured in oak vats, but the oak is neatly integrated. It has moderate ripeness and 13% alcohol with very good freshness. 15,992 bottles produced.
