The Wine Advocate:
I always like the restraint of the more traditional Albariño, of which I tasted the 2019 Saras. It has a soft palate with pristine flavors and a gentle mouthfeel, integrated and balanced. A serious and not tropical Albariño.

me ha gustado, no se si es por la evolución de la añada, sensación de beber un albariño auténtico, sin florituras innecesarias.
Un poco seco
Tal vez le falte un poco de frescura, pero está muy rico. Y no me viene a la cabeza un Albariño mejor por este precio.
Un vino a medias, poco equilibrio y la salida muy rasposa. Para el precio ya se puede esperar un poquito más.
Se bebe muy bien. Me ha conquistado, a ver la bodega a fondo.
