"The 2006 Rosado is a blend of several unspecified varieties aged for 6 months in French oak sur lie with weekly batonnage. Salmon pink in color, it offers up a bouquet of toasty minerals, strawberry, and rhubarb. Dry and slightly austere on the palate, it has enough structure to improve for a year. Savory, spicy, and long, it is an atypical Rose that stretches the limit in price".
