The February 2022 bottling of the NV Manzanilla Pasada Blanquito averages 12 years, but it's kept at 15.5% alcohol. It has a super expressive, textbook nose and palate, concentrating the salt in the palate with purity and character; it's elegant and deep and has power and concentration. You don't feel any oxidation. 3,000 half-liter bottles.
