The Wine Advocate:
The white 2020 Sant Pere Blanc is a blend of 85% Macabeo, 10% Merseguera and 5% Malvasía that fermented and matured for three months in concrete vats. It's expressive, varietal, balsamic, clean, fresh and aromatic, with notes of pollen, hay and straw. It has a fresh palate that is balanced, tasty and long, quite impressive. It's medium-bodied with moderate ripeness, 12% alcohol, a pH of 3.2 and good balance. Impressive. 12,000 bottles. It was bottled in June 2021.
Muy buena relación calidad-precio.
Un vino honrado, pero básico. Muy apto para "diario" si costase un poco menos, pero en esta liga conozco opciones más interesantes.
