Suckling:

Ripe but still fresh, with plums, cherries and peppery spices. Medium- to full-bodied on the palate, with chewy, extracted tannins and a medium-long, grainy finish. A bit more polish would take it to the next level, but this should soften in two more years. Tempranillo. Vegan. Try after 2025. - Zekun Shuai. Senior Editor.

Tim Atkin:

Edición Limitada is a varietal Tempranillo that uses grapes from the same vineyards as Ramón Bilbao's flagship red, Mirto. Serious, intense and well structured, it’s a wine that needs a little more time in bottle for its tannins to soften and integrate, but has the grip, concentration and fruit intensity to age convincingly in bottle. 2024-28.
