Previously sold as Raspón, Radical is a small production Tinto Fino that's entirely fermented with whole bunches. Mixing grapes from Malacuera and Fuentelirio in Tubilla del Lago, it's a classic, cooler climate Ribera, with white pepper and tobacco leaf aromas and a palate of fennel, pomegranate and wild strawberry complemented by savour  tannins. 2025-35.
