Decanter:
Single-vineyard wine from Alava, distilling the ambition of luxury Txakoli. Careful grape selection, long ageing (20 months) in concrete vats, in contact with the lees. Round and firm, quite atypical for Txakoli, with ripe fruit aromas, bready and honey hints. Quite powerful, despite moderate alcohol. Very good in its more international style.
