Made from old bush vine Merseguera, grown between 900-1200m in the Alto Turia mountains, this offers a heady mix of green aromas, limes and a touch of ginger spice. The wine spends nine months on lees which brings an unctuous texture and it finishes with savoury notes of green olive. 2024 - 2025
