Baigorri de Garage 2019

The Baigorri style is all about texture, ripeness and intensity, typified by this deeply coloured blend of mostly Tempranillo with a supporting cast of Garnacha, Graciano and Maturana Tinta. The new French oak and tannins need a little more time to merge into the wine, but this will age well. Coffee bean, blackberry and blueberry fruit flavours are supported by a spine of acidity. 2025-35. 

A very intriguing wine, with liquorice, earthy notes but also some floral, chocolate and vanilla character. Dense and concentrated.
