Diapiro is a blend of 80% Hondarrabi Zuri and 20% Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia which shows the steely acid of the region. There are attractive green fruits here, lime and herbal notes, as well as peach on the palate. It has gained in complexity from a year in bottle and shows great poise. A long, dry finish. 2024 - 2026
