Opinión de los críticos
Named after one of Juan Carlos Vizcarra's daughters, Celia is a blend of Tinto Fino and Garnacha from a parcel that was planted in 1946. Using a combination of foudres and 60% new wood, this is an intensely perfumed assemblage, with subtle oak handling, a spine of tannin and acidity, a waft of violet and a core of plum, bramble and blackberry fruit. Serious stuff that will reward cellaring. 2027-38
The profile of the single vineyards is very similar, and the character from the different places is made quite homogeneous through high ripeness and too much oak. The 2021 Celia was produced in a similar way to the Inés, with fermentation in open-top 400-liter barrel and 2,000-liter concrete vats and matured in 400-liter French and American (10%) oak barrels and a further four to five months in a 2,000-liter oak vat. The result is marked by the very high ripeness, reflected by the 15.3% alcohol in the wine, and the generous oak that takes over the aromas and flavors. For fans of the style. 2,000 bottles and 65 magnums produced. It was bottled in April 2024. It's 94% Tinto Fino and 6% Garnacha, but again, it doesn't really make much difference.

Algo rudo, con aristas por pulir. Alcohólico
