Beautifully packaged, as Javier San Pedro's wines tend to be, this is an ambitiously priced rosado that more than delivers in the bottle. Pairing Tempranillo and 20% Garnacha, it's a very pale, nuanced, ethereal pink that is more than a match for the best Provençal wines, with scented oak spices and raspberry and hibiscus flavours. Very classy stuff. 2024-26
