Up a point after another year in bottle, Xérico is what Roberto Oliván calls his "house wine", produced with a blend of co-fermented Tempranillo and 15% Viura. Aged in cement vats, with no sign of any wood, this comes from five different parcels and has plenty of backbone, clove and pepper nuances, and flavours of mulberry and wild strawberry complemented by a volatile lift. 2024-27
