"The organic red 2013 Sa Natura is a blend of 50% Cariñena, 20% Garnacha and 10% each Syrah and Merlot; it fermented at 26 degrees Celsius and matured in French and American oak barrels for one year. There is more intensity, concentration and ripeness here, darker fruit and a more powerful palate, with some grainy tannins that would welcome some more time in bottle and/or powerful food. 38,000 bottles produced".
