f the Remírez de Ganuza Reserva white is impressive, this Gran Reserva bottling is sublime. Olagaris a sub-parcel of the La Canoca cru, planted entirely with Viura at 600 metres in 1978. New oak fermented, it has summer flower and struck match aromas, aniseed, beeswax and citrus flavours, subtle spice and a lovely thread of minerality and freshness. 2025-35
