The Wine Advocate:
The new pale rosé 2018 Salvatge Brut Rosé was produced with 54% Pinot Noir and 46% Macabeo, a delicate and elegant rosé with the spirit and the freshness of the white and a little more body from the red. It's clean and fresh, with integrated bubbles, despite its young age (36 months). It was disgorged and adjusted to 7.6 grams of sugar from the must of a late harvest, so it's quite integrated with the acidity. 12,489 bottles produced.
