The 2018 Leopardi Brut Nature was produced with a blend of 45% Macabeo, 40% Xarel.lo and 15% Parellada and was disgorged after more than 66 months with the lees. The search is for elegance, subtleness and finesse. It has 11.8% alcohol, a pH of 2.95 and two grams of residual sugar. It has a golden color and a classical nose with aromatic herbs and fennel, Mediterranean and with hints of yeasts and toast, combining youth and age with complexity. It has a serious and balanced palate, dry and chalky. 52,000 bottles produced. It was disgorged in March 2025. - Luis Gutiérrez.
