Drappier Rosé de Saignée Brut

Kräftiges Lachsrosa, kupferfarbene Rreflexe, sehr lebendiges Mousseux. Frische rote Waldbeeren, ein Hauch von Roten Johannisbeeren, zarte gelbe Pflaumenfrucht, mineralisch-rauchig unterlegt. Saftig, elegant, reife Kirschfrucht, feiner Säurebogen, angenehme, wohldosierte Fruchtsüße im Abgang, ein charmanter Stil mit guter Länge.

Pretty nose of strawberries, peaches, honey and brioche, followed by a creamy and deliciously fruity palate. Lightly peppery pink-peppercorn character. Fresh and bright at the end. From organically grown grapes. Unfiltered. Drink now.

Entirely crafted from Pinot Noir and disgorged with a dosage of four grams per liter, the NV Brut Rosé de Saignée offers up aromas of strawberries, mint, spices and crushed stones. Moderately weighted and tense, it's nicely phenolic, with an incisive, lively mid-palate that concludes with a long, mouthwatering finish and delicate strawberry notes.
