The Wine Advocate:

The 2007 Moscatel Reserva, was bottled in 2016 with a bar top cork after seven years in barrel. Elegant and fresh, with a certain delicacy about it, this has the complexity of an aging tawny, but with the Muscat spice and personality (Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, if you're keeping track), plus a hint of brandy. Overall, it has a lively feel. These do have staged releases--this is the 2016 bottling.
