Los Loros Lías 2018

The 2018 Los Loros Sobre Lías is 100% Listán Blanco, part from his vineyard and part purchased, and it is the entry level in white. It fermented and aged in contact with the lees for six months without racking or stirring of the lees. It has moderate alcohol (12.2%) and good freshness, which makes it light, fresh and easy to drink. It has notes of yellow fruit and is ripe without excess, but it has a more expressive and saline palate with pungent flavors and some austerity, less effect from the lees and a dry, tasty finish, clearly volcanic. 1,350 bottles were filled in April 2019.
