Decanter:

Coconut, dried citrus peels and orange blossom that are light and fresh on the palate - very drinkable. An aerial freshness and nicely balanced, this would make for a good richer aperitif, as well as working with lighter dishes. Grown on granite soils, fermented with indigenous yeasts, matured in 50% new, 50% old barrels. Drinking Window 2019 - 2020.
