Sobre añada 2010 "The 2010 Gallinas y Focas is the same blend as the 2009, and has a high-toned, slightly alcoholic bouquet. The palate is rich and multi-layered on the entry. It has great build in the mouth, perhaps bolstered by more backbone than the 2009 with a sculpted, precise, garrigue-tinged finish that is utterly refined. This really is an exceptional wine. Drink 2013-2018."
