Valderiz uses raw material from ten different parcels in Roa and is a well-judged, youthful cuvée of Tinto Fino and 5% Albillo Mayor. Matured in a combination of French and 20% American oak, half of which is new, it has violet and thyme top notes, good focus and freshness and layers of red cherry and blueberry fruit. 2024-32
