The white 2023 Fermentado en Barrica was produced with a blend of 70% Viura and 30% Garnacha Blanca from a very long harvest that started the 31st of August and finished the 26th of September. It's young, serious and austere with some spiciness and smoky notes but quite integrated, with aromas of white flowers, fruit and pollen. It has a medium-bodied palate with very good balance, and there's chalkiness and an oaky twist in the finish that suggest keeping it for a while. 12,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2024.
