Suañé Reserva Tinto 2018

The red 2018 Suañé Tinto Reserva is quite ripe at 15% alcohol, which is quite a contrast with the 13% from the previous year. It's pure Tempranillo that fermented destemmed in concrete with indigenous yeasts and matured in used 228-liter French barrels for two years. It has notes of ripe fruit, herbs and spices and a medium to full-bodied palate with abundant, slightly dusty tannins. It is balanced and has good freshness. 4,449 bottles were filled in June 2021.
