A wonderful follow up to the first release of Encarnación, this is a small release of just two barrels from a 0.5-hectare vineyard in Condado do Tea. Showing subtle notes of patisserie spices, it has remarkable depth and concentration, a saltiness that wouldn't look out of place in the Salnés Valley, wet stone, lime and green apple flavours and thrilling palate length.
