Sourced from old-vine vineyards, some over 60-70 years old, the wine reflects the complexity of varied soils. Each parcel was fermented separately in used barrels and aged for around 11 months with battonage. It reveals a creamy, saline texture with a subtle touch of cinnamon spice.
