Guímaro Blanco 2024

The 2024 Vino Blanco is young and slightly reductive, medicinal and herbal. It was produced with a blend of 70% Godello and 30% other whites—Treixadura, Albariño, Torrontés and Loureira—from different plots in different villages with different soils, expositions and altitudes, trying to replicate the whites from the past, which were always blends. It's quite fruit-driven, with white fruit and flowers, herbs and a note of bay leaf. It is juicy and lively, with good ripeness, 13% alcohol, a medium-bodied palate with very good freshness and balance and a bitter twist in the finish. 15,000 bottles produced. It was bottled unoaked in April 2025.
