Based on Viura with the remaining 20% made up of what Raúl Acha calls "a bit of everything", including Malvasía, Jaén and Garnacha Blanca. Fermented in amphoras and foudres, it has a slightly salty note from ageing under flor, honey, aniseed and sweet spice flavours and chiselled acidity. Up a point from last year after further time in bottle. 2024-29.
