A remarkable white wine. A blend of Macabeo and Garnacha Blanca, each fermented in
500L oak barrels, with 30% new oak. Smoky, phenolic and incredibly well defined; a mixture
of stone and orchard fruits, chalk and sappy, sweet tarragon. Incredibly long and softly
textured, driven on by the waxy acidity. Absolutely delicious! 2024 - 2034
